Speaking engagements and other professional services provided by Team Emery, LLC are governed by the specific agreement entered into between Team Emery, LLC and the client. Any deposits, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, reimbursements, or refunds related to those services will be handled according to the terms of that agreement.

If digital products, event registrations, merchandise, or other products or services become available for purchase through NickEmery.com in the future, the applicable refund or cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed at or before the time of purchase.
